- Soil Improvement & Site Preparation Completed: Intensive ground engineering and site preparation have successfully wrapped up, ensuring a stable ground working area.
- Retaining Guided Wall: Ongoing engineering works are actively securing the perimeter and providing structural guidance for excavation phases.
- Concrete Platform: Construction of the concrete platform remains ongoing to establish a solid operational base for heavy machinery and material staging.
- Access Ramps: Fully completed, ensuring smooth logistics, equipment movement, and vehicle transit across the site.
- Foundation Testing Pile Ongoing: Rigorous structural and foundation testing works are currently underway to guarantee ultimate safety, seismic stability, and long-term durability
-Testing Pile D1800 mm Drilling: Drilling has officially commenced for the large-scale 1800 mm diameter testing piles (ongoing).
